Valerie: When I closed my eyes, I immediately saw the forest. For me, it is the personification of peace, harmony, a certain genesis, and fulfillment. Nature is the source of my inspiration.
Interviewer: And why in the form of a golden egg?
Valerie: In general, this is the symbol of MICHELE, so that was the first association. The golden egg symbolizes ideas that are born and developed. It embodies potential, value, and new beginnings – what we do every day at our agency. Gold is associated with luxury and high quality, emphasizing our standards and ambitions.
In my opinion, the egg as an architectural form creates a sense of security and comfort, which is important for the creative process. So, this is my dream office!
Interviewer: Tell us about your dream office, Nadia.
Nadia: I dream of finding a balance between motherhood and professionalism, so my ideal office is located close to home, kindergarten, school, and supermarkets. This will allow me to effectively combine work and family responsibilities without spending too much time on the road. Huge diagonal parking is necessary! This is very convenient because there will always be enough space for the cars of all employees.
As for the office itself, I want it to have a closed workspace for me. I am in favor of team building, but when I work, it is desirable to have a vacuum and music around. It helps me focus and be productive.
Interviewer: Khrystyna, what is special about your dream office?
Khrystyna: My dream office is a large, spacious office with tall windows that look out over the fjord. Such a landscape inspires and adds a sense of calmness and grandeur to nature, which is ideal for creative work.
An important part of my office is a large library – a place where you can find inspiration, immerse yourself in new ideas, and replenish your knowledge. It is advisable to divide the office into zones: separately for creators and managers, as well as for young and experienced specialists. This allows you to create a comfortable environment for everyone, taking into account the specifics of their work.
Interviewer: How do you imagine the interaction between the divided zones?
Khrystyna: I see it as a cool harmony. Separation of zones helps focus on tasks, but at the same time allows for easy interaction and exchange of ideas.
Interviewer: Anastasia, what is your dream office?
Anastasiia: My dream office is in Bali, with a great view of the rice fields. I want to feel peace and unity with nature, which is very important for creative work. The office itself has large windows, an oval shape, and is made of wood. This design provides natural lighting and adds coziness and aesthetic appeal.
Interviewer: And what additional elements would you like to see in your office?
Anastasiia: Definitely a terrace with lots of palm trees! I can already imagine our breaks with the MICHELE team over a cup of coffee and discussing new ideas.
Interviewer: Oleksandr, share your vision of your ideal office.
Oleksandr: My dream office is located in the city center, where there are many historical buildings, restaurants, and coffee shops. It is a place with a unique atmosphere that combines history and modernity.
The building itself has been restored, with old shuttered windows and high-ceilinged offices. From the office, there is access to the balcony, from which you can see the pedestrian street. There are many green plants on the balcony, which creates coziness and an opportunity to relax in the fresh air without leaving the office. It is the perfect place to discuss ideas or just to take a break with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view and atmosphere of the city.
Interviewer: Nastia, what is your dream office?
Nastia: My dream office is in space, on another planet. The building itself is pink in color, which attracts attention and creates a unique atmosphere of creativity.
Inside my ideal office, of course, is a great team that creates a wonderful atmosphere of cooperation and creativity. The light must be local, that is, comfortable for the eyes, does not strain them. There is filter coffee and goodies so that there is always something to snack on. There is also a massage chair to relax after a busy day.
